MEDICAID WAIVERS & PROGRAMS

We accept several medicaid waivers and programs, including the Children’s Extensive Services (CES) Waiver, the Supported Living Services (SLS) Wavier, the Family Support Services Program (FSSP), the Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP)

PRIVATE PAY

We accept private pay for any and all services at Flatirons Music Therapy. For more information about pricing for private pay, please contact us.

PRIVATE INSURANCE

We accept private insurance on a case by case basis. This will require a bit of extra work and cooperation from the client’s family.
